Trondheim Calling choses Broadcast as their festival app!

When we started collecting, categorizing and tagging all of the music events in the Broadcast platform, we did not think that we at the same time were collecting important data for the event industry and politicians. 

So when we pulled out all the data from our platform we discovered that is were 9939 music events in Oslo in the period from the 1st of September 2022 to the 31st of August 2023!! That is an average of 27 music events every day of the year! 

With such a high number of music events, the audience really needs a good tool to navigate the high number of music events.

We also presented a lot of other interesting numbers and if you are interested and understand Norwegian you can watch a recorded version of our presentation

We have been collecting music events in Oslo for over three years and this means that we can pull out data from the Broadcast platform that are interesting to both politicians and the live industry itself. 

We have therefore been invited by Musikkbyen Oslo and MØST to present the Music event statistics for Oslo. These are some of the questions that we are going to answer: 

How many music events are there in Oslo in one year? 

How many concerts, club nights, DJ-events and festivals are there?

The presentation is free and open for all, we hope to see you there, you can read more about it

We are calling these" Festival Guides" and they are available today as an update in both app stores, full programs for 

 and many more addded in the coming days.
