ANNETTE K (01:00-03:00)
Annette K is perhaps best known by her name in the club game Purpurrpurple, or simply Purple.
Through a long journey in various music scenes, she has discovered a new depth in her atmospheric, dreamy, and mysterious musical expression. Her curiosity for development has kept her in constant motion within Oslo’s club scene and beyond. Festivals such as CTM Electronic Festival, Sonar, Øya, Roskilde, Bylarm, and more have taken note of what she can deliver.
Annette’s most well-known works from 2013 include the single “F Dat” on Diplo’s Mad Decent, in collaboration with footwork producer Slick Shoota (Teklife), followed by the single “Sleepers”, a hypnotic bass track that received much praise on the Discobelle blog. Moving forward in her timeline, she was 1/4 of the club collective Ball Em Up, who have inspired people beyond national borders in the club scene.
The name Purpurrpurple later evolved into a creative platform for art and fashion, while the rebranding to Annette K reflects her musical evolution towards the landscapes of breaks, dub, and techno. She brings her full spectrum of experience, energy, and selection to Kafé Hærverk.
ENDRE 3000 (23:00-01:00)
Endre 3000 connects genres you may not have realized had anything in common. This evening, he might be juggling between 3-step and gqom, singeli and footwork, amapiano and UK funky, raptor house and hard house, funk carioca and grime, gabber and shangaan electro, coupé-décalé and Congo techno.
